NEW - Fulton County in #Georgia now says it will provide the chain of custody records for absentee ballots from drop boxes by Jan 19 – just one day before Presidential Inauguration.

Gwinnett County still "locating" the forms, too. DeKalb County not sure if these exist at all.

STEVEN E. ROSENBERG joined the Office of the County Attorney in June 2000 as a Staff Attorney in the Public Safety Division. He presently holds the position of Supervising Attorney for the office. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg serves as the Open Records Custodian for all of Fulton County. Prior to becoming Supervising Attorney, he served as Senior Attorney in charge of the Environment, Community Development, and Land Use Division. Before that, he was the Senior Attorney of the Public Safety division. Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Mr. Rosenberg worked for the County Public Defender's Office. Mr. Rosenberg majored in Political Science at the University of Vermont, and earned a Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. He is an active member of the Georgia Bar and is admitted to practice law in all federal and state trial and appellate courts.
