Almost no fat, no omega 3 (fat is essential nutrient incl. cholesterol in appropriate amounts), not enough protein, too much useless carbs (rice, bagels, spaghetti).

Lol. This is just the food pyramid but drawn in a different shape. The food pyramid was disproven many years ago.

No wonder everybody is so fat and unhealthy these days.
